Camille Grammer seeks primary custody of children

Camille Grammer has filed for sole custody of her two children with Kelsey Grammer.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star who has Mason, nine, and six-year-old Jude with former husband Kelsey lodged legal papers at the Los Angeles Superior Court less than one month after Kelsey made a similar filing, alleging his bid was made ” in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage” her.

“She will continue to fight aggressively to keep her kids and keep her kids together. Kelsey’s not been civil. [Camille] has tried to reach out without lawyers on multiple occasions and been rebuffed,” a source said.

“Camille would love to have a relationship with Kelsey for the kids’ sake [but it is impossible because] Kelsey will not communicate with her.”

Last month Kelsey who married 29-year-old Kayte Walsh in February rejected his former spouse’s custody offer of 50-50 care split between the two of them and demanded full physical custody.

Camille a stay at home mother admitted she was stunned at her ex-husband’s demands, accusing Kelsey of being “insensitive to our children”.
