Sandra Bullock class sees 100% grad rate

The senior class of a New Orleans high school "adopted" by Sandra Bullock in 2007 has seen a 100% graduation rate.
Warren Easton Charter High School's 220 twelfth graders not only accepted their diplomas on Tuesday but also secured a total of $4,625,100 in scholarships from 15 different colleges and universities around the country, reports CNN.
A rep for the actress revealed that Bullock has donated "hundreds of thousands of dollars" to the school in order to build new on-campus facilities and renovate current ones, as well as offering scholarships for students in need.
Bullock said in a statement: "I cannot express how proud I am of the 2011 graduating class at Warren Easton. To achieve a 100% graduation rate just goes to show that the recipe for success lies under that roof - people who believe, people who love and support, and people who don't take no for an answer."
Bullock recently donated $1 million in aid money to Japan following the country's devastating earthquake and tsunami.
She was previously honoured with the 'Woman Of The Year' award by People magazine.
