Eva Mendes gets stalker restraining order

Eva Mendes has been granted a restraining order against her alleged stalker.

The actress claims she has been living in “constant fear” of John C. Luna, who she says has been harassing her since 2008 and even turned up at her Los Angeles home in May.

Eva told a judge in court papers Luna believes he is in a relationship with her and has sent her “creepy” letters, cards and nine hours of “bizarre” audio messages.

In her legal papers, she states, “As a result of Mr. Luna’s conduct directed at me … including references in a letter that he knows I am willing to die for him, and his showing up at my house on May 31, 2011, looking for me, I am in constant fear.

“I do not personally know, nor have any relationship with Mr. Luna, have never had any personal communications with him, nor do I desire any interaction or communication with him whatsoever.”

A judge has now ordered that Luna must stay at least 100 yards away from Eva and must not make any attempts to contact her.

Eva also wants him to pay her $8,550 legal bills and a further hearing has been set for June 20.

Ashley Greene fancies Jordan Gordon-Levitt

Ashley Greene has a crush on Jordan Gordon-Levitt.

The Twilight star is single since splitting with Joe Jonas earlier this year and while she is enjoying spending time by herself for now, she wouldn’t mind getting closer to the ‘Inception’ star.

“[The best thing about being single is] being able to really, really focus,” she said. “Sitting at my house, just reading and looking at scripts, searching directors and reading different books that are turning into screenplays. And being able to just really focus on me and what I’m going to do next in my career.

“I have so many celebrity crushes. You know, Joseph Gordon-Levitt I’ve always kind of had a crush on. I think he’s extremely talented.”

Ashley has been linked to Captain America star Chris Evans and Kings of Leon star Jared Followill since splitting with Joe.

An eyewitness who saw her canoodling with the actor at Los Angeles nightclub Trousdale claimed they couldn’t keep their hand off each other.

“Ashley was all over Chris, and he certainly didn’t mind,” a source said.

“They were dancing together very closely. It looked like they had a lot of sexual chemistry.”

Meanwhile, Ashley and Jared were reportedly “flirting” at New York nightclub Avenue in March with a witness saying “Ashley was smiling all night. She and Jared were close the whole night. Dancing, talking, flirting. It was pretty clear they were into each other.”

The Bad Teacher actress only confirmed she was dating the baseball star last month even though they have been together for over a year and despite recent speculation they had split, the pair are said to be happier than ever and were spotted looking at a property together in Miami yesterday where Alex is hoping to build a new house.

The 38-year-old actress has previously dated a string of Hollywood hunks, including Justin Timberlake, Jared Leto and Matt Dillon but recently revealed her happiness with Alex who has two children, Natasha, six, and three-year-old Ella, from his marriage toCynthia Scurtis and said she doesn’t want to live in the past or regret any of her previous relationships.

“Yes Alex is my boyfriend. It’s not a secret any more,” she said.

“Life is long. Why would you ever live in the past when you can live in the present and allow the future to be bright and happy and exciting. There’s no reason. I think people’s mentality is, ‘It didn’t work out!’ But like, what didn’t work out? What’s supposed to happen?

“I think a lot of people are married to people they’re not romantic with any more. I just didn’t ever marry anybody that I then had to get divorced from.”

Oprah Winfrey Parks and Recreation role?

Oprah Winfrey is being sought for a guest starring role on Parks and Recreation.

The media mogul who quit her long running chatshow after 25 years last month is the first choice for actor Nick Offerman to play his onscreen character Ron Swanson’s former wife Tammy in the TV show because he thinks she is the only person “intimidating enough” to take on Ron’s second wife, also called Tammy and played by Megan Mullally.

“We’re going to find out who Ron’s first ex-wife Tammy is, and I’m excited to find out why Tammy Two is scared s**tless of Tammy,” he said.

“We’re trying to start a campaign to get Oprah to play Tammy One. I think Oprah would be the only, she’s the only person we can think of that might be intimidating to Megan Mullally. It would be so good.”

“There’s all kinds of ideas being thrown around. I can assure you if it’s not Oprah, I will quit,” he joked.

KirstieAlley thought Maksim Chmerkovskiy was a a**hole

KirstieAlley thought her Dancing With The Stars partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy was an “a*****e” when they first met.

Although the former Cheers star and Maksim forged a close friendship during their time on the show where they finished runners up to NFL star Hines Ward and Kym Johnson, Kirstie admitted she was initially worried about working with the “bad boy of the ballroom” from what she had seen of him on TV.

“I thought he was an a**hole! You know the way they edit these packages,” she said.

“I like bad boys. I’m okay with bad boys, as long as they have a good heart.”

However, Kirstie did learn that Maksim likes to be right and has no time for complaining even when she was in pain from the strenuous workouts.

“Don’t f*** with Maks! He’s always right,” she said. “He told me that in the beginning. If I say, ‘Oh my God, my back hurts,’ he goes, ‘I don’t care.’ He said, ‘I don’t have time to have sympathy for you because we may only get four days to learn the dance.’”

Chris Evans loosing his hair

Chris Evans is going bald.

The hunky 29-year-old actor who plays the titular superhero in the Captain America movie is losing his hair and is worried people won’t take his character seriously if he is bald in the planned sequels.

“I have no problem saying this, but I’m losing my hair,” Chris said.

“The fear is this [role] can span 10 years so I can be doing this character until I’m 40. I’m supposed to be like this superior human. He can’t be balding. How horrible would it be if this superior man has male pattern baldness?”

Although he can’t control his hair loss, Chris revealed he is a gym addict and feels like “s**t” if he doesn’t work out almost every day.

“It’s a lot more than I’d like it to be, but you know, if I miss three or four days, I feel like s**t,” he said.

“Last year, I got into running and I was like, ‘I’m going to start running’ and then I would run on the treadmill and feel great. But I’ll get too thin. I lose weight so quickly.”

Snookl & Jionni LaValle split

Snookl and her boyfriend Jionni LaValle have split up.

The diminutive Jersey Shore star is currently shooting the fourth series of the MTV show in Italy and despite a visit from Jionni last week, the couple who have been dating for almost eight moths couldn’t stop fighting and make their relationship work.

“He went to visit her in Italy this past week. They fought a lot while he was there and have called it quits,” a source said.

“He said it was hard for them to be apart, and that with the whole world knowing her past, he finds it very hard to trust her. He said that as far as he was concerned, if she did anything wrong in Italy, it was over.

“When he got back from Italy, he called a mutual friend [of ours] and said that they had broken up. I think he was just really sad about being away from her so much. I’m not sure who broke up with whom it seems to be mutual because of the distance and the time apart.”
