Britney Spears weight loss secrets revealed


Britney Spears‘ weight loss secrets have been revealed!
The singer has lost  more than 30 pounds in 40 days thanks to a combination of liposuction, fat-dissolving treatments and grueling rehearsals for her up­coming Femme Fatale tour.
“In Britney’s mind, getting in shape is a way to spite ex-husband Kevin Federline,” a source told the National Enquirer. “While Victoria is bloated with pregnancy, looking hot is Britney’s strange way to get revenge.
“Britney runs on the treadmill every day in her home gym, and her boyfriend Jason of­ten works out with her.
“He’s also cut out Britney’s frequent trips to Starbucks for sweet, high-calorie coffee drinks, and follows her diet and workout regimen to keep her motivated.”
Britney recently said that Madonna helped her through some of her more difficult times in life.
The pair collaborated on the track Me Against The Music and famously kissed onstage at the MTV awards eight years ago and Spears claims Madonna helped her by teaching her to listen to her instincts.
“I guess she’s really taught me to stay true to myself,” Britney said.
“That seems like a simple thing to say, but she taught me through action, not just by saying it.
“There are so many people around you that have opinions, but you just have to listen to your instincts.”
